WPAssetHub LTD respects intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without authorization, you may submit a DMCA Notice.

How to Submit a Notice

Your notice must include:

  1. Your name, address, and contact details.
  2. The URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material.
  3. A description of your copyrighted work.
  4. A good-faith statement: “I believe that the use of the material identified above is not authorized by the copyright owner.”
  5. A statement made under penalty of perjury confirming your authority.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your material was wrongly removed, submit a counter-notice including:

  • Your name and contact details
  • The content URL that was removed
  • A statement of good faith belief that removal was in error
  • Your consent to jurisdiction in UK courts

We will review and respond within 10 business days.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Accounts repeatedly violating copyright laws may be suspended or terminated.
